Privacy policy
This common policy applies to AoraSoft browser extensions. Feature data is processed in your browser unless a product clearly identifies an online service.
Information processed in your browser
An extension may read webpage information required for a feature you start, such as selected records, page content, messages, contacts, files, or metadata. For local export and backup features, generated files are created in your browser and saved to your device. AoraSoft does not receive that feature content unless the extension clearly asks you to send or synchronize it.
Licensing and purchase information
To provide paid access, we may process your purchase email, product and package, payment-provider references, license status, browser type, extension identifier, and a hashed device fingerprint. License keys and device fingerprints are stored as protected hashes or encrypted delivery records where applicable.
Optional diagnostics
Anonymous diagnostics are disabled unless you opt in. They may include the product code, browser, extension version, feature name, output format, and limited compatibility-error summaries. Do not include webpage content, messages, contacts, files, passwords, or complete license keys in a diagnostic report.
Payments and third parties
Payments are processed by PayPal. AoraSoft does not receive your complete payment-card details. PayPal and the websites on which an extension operates process information under their own policies and terms.
Storage and retention
Preferences, entitlement data, a random device identifier, and feature counters may be stored in browser extension storage. Uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage removes that local information. Server-side purchase and license records are retained as needed to deliver access, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, process refunds, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can disable anonymous diagnostics in the extension. To request access, correction, or deletion of applicable server-side personal information, contact hello@aorasoft.com.
